
9Pandas – Champions of PARI, PLEASE’23
9Pandas triumphed over their opponents Eternal Fire in the finals of PARI, PLEASE’23, securing first place and earning $60,000 in prize money. The Pandas won three out of five maps, finishing the match with a commanding 3-0 score: 13-9 on Anubis, 13-7 on Overpass, and 13-11 on Mirage. PARI, PLEASE’23 was the first B-tier LAN tournament victory for the Pandas.
The Pandas started their journey from the group stage, where they successfully defeated BB Team and Movistar Riders – both matches in Group B ended with 2-0 victories for 9Pandas. On their way to the final, 9Pandas faced FURIA and overcame the Brazilians with a 2-1 score, while Eternal Fire confidently advanced with 2-0 wins against MIBR.
PARI, PLEASE took place from November 16 to 20 in Belgrade, Serbia, with teams competing for a prize pool of $100,000.
In their new lineup, the Pandas managed to qualify for the closed qualifier for the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 Europe RMR, where they will face former teammate clax. The final stage of Major qualification starts on November 17.
